For the past 4 years (discounting the year 2020), Completely Retail Marketplace [Nordic Event] has been a popular place for the retail industry to meet face to face and has proven to be a productive way to spend the day out of the office.

On 12th October 2021 we are delighted to be reuniting the industry in an efficient, friendly and safe environment, offering a trusted format for companies to reconnect, re-energise and restart.

Now is the perfect time to consider the opportunities and prepare for when we can all finally come back together again. With this in mind, we want to ensure that businesses that are planning for the future, can do so in confidence and with minimal risk.

Take a look at our clear and flexible booking conditions, and book with confidence.

What will happen if the Event has to be cancelled or postponed because of a national lockdown or other restrictions which mean the Event cannot go ahead?

If for reasons related to Covid-19 or restrictions in place in connection with it we have to cancel or postpone the Event for instance because of a national lockdown, travel restrictions or a limit on the number of people who can attend (this may mean we are not legally or practically able to hold the Event or that the Event would not be commercially viable) we will let you know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to reschedule the Event to a later date. We will be happy to transfer your booking to the rescheduled date but if the new date isn’t suitable for you then you will be able to obtain a credit for a future date or a refund.

What will happen if the Event goes ahead but restrictions are placed on the numbers who can attend?

If for reasons related to Covid-19 we have to restrict the number of people who can attend but we still think the Event is commercially viable we may have to cancel or make changes to certain bookings. Where we propose to make significant changes to your booking (such as reducing the number of Full Day Passes included in your package) we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of agreeing to the changes or cancelling your booking and receiving a credit for a future event or a refund. If we have to cancel your booking we will let you know as soon as possible and you will be able to obtain a credit for a future date or a refund.

What will happen if the Event goes ahead but a Sponsor or Exhibitor cannot attend for reasons directly related to Covid-19?

If you are an Exhibitor or Sponsor and for reasons directly related to Covid-19 no Delegates from your organisation can attend the Event (for instance because of travel restrictions) then please let us know as soon as possible and we will happily move your booking to the next Completely Retail Marketplace Nordic Event or provide you with a credit or refund (minus the value of any services already delivered).

If you need to reallocate a Full Day Pass provided under your Exhibitor or Sponsorship Package as one of your Delegates cannot attend due to reasons directly related to Covid-19 (for instance they are required to self isolate) just let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist with this. Please note that reallocations can only be made to Delegates who are directly employed/engaged by the Exhibitor/Sponsor and no credits or refunds will be given for Full Passes included in a Exhibitor or Sponsorship Package where individual Delegates cannot attend the Event save as part of a wider refund of the Package as detailed above where no Delegates can attend.

What will happen if we book a Full Day Pass and the Event goes ahead  but our Delegate cannot attend for reasons directly related to Covid-19?

If you have booked a Full Day Pass and for reasons directly related to Covid-19 your Delegate cannot attend the Event (for instance because they are required to self isolate) then please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to transfer the Full Pass (as applicable) into another name within your organisation, provide a credit for the next Completely Retail Marketplace Nordic Event or provide a refund. Please note this does not apply to Full Day Passes included within an Exhibitor or Sponsorship Package.

As always, thank you for supporting the Event. Let’s get the industry meeting again!
